2. Plan Availability
Heather Alpha does not offer every plan available in your area. Currently, Heather Alpha represents multiple Medicare organizations offering plans within the applicable service area. Plan availability varies by county and is subject to annual contract renewal.
Please contact Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), or contact your local State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) to obtain information regarding all available Medicare plan options.
3. Medicare Advantage Plans
Heather Alpha represents Medicare Advantage organizations that have contracts with Medicare. Enrollment depends on the plan's contract renewal.
Extra benefits require enrollment in a Medicare Advantage plan and are available only to eligible individuals in select service areas.
4. Medicare Supplement Insurance
Medicare Supplement insurance is available to individuals enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B. Eligibility may vary by state, including availability for certain individuals under age 65 who qualify for Medicare due to disability or End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD).
Medicare Supplement insurance policies are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
